Specialists Status for Workshop Conference/Clinic
Masgutova Neuro-sensory-motor Reflex Integration

Fees/Stipends:
- Working volunteer specialist - no charge - no
pay
- Observer fee: $350 CDN/day
- Associate:
- Level One - course fee $2,600 CDN (DVDs,
CDs, manual optional and separate)
- Level
Two -course fee $2,300 CDN (DVDs, CDs,
manual optional and separate)
- Licensed Core Specialists:
- On training (for 2 Conferences/Clinics) -
no charge
- Specialist (after two Conferences/Clinics)
- Receives stipend
- Lecturer-Instructor and higher level Specialists - Receives
stipend.
1) WORKING VOLUNTEER SPECIALIST. Specialist
with specific education, licensed programs, or diploma. Voluntary
specialist chooses to participates in the clinic without
payment for their work. During the day the volunteer specialist
offers their specialized services and skills to the conference
participants and they are invited to watch pre conference
and post conference workshops and lectures. Must bring proof
of professional insurance.
2) OBSERVER. Observer is a specialist in
their own field; however with no training in the MNRI Method.
This status creates the space for observing our program and
techniques during the conference/camp time only. No
observers are invited to the pre and post training. Arrangement
for times of observation is to be made with Conference/Clinic
coordinators. Must bring proof of professional insurance.
3) ASSOCIATE. Specialist who assists and
works under the guidance of the Core Specialists.

Pre-requisites:
A. Successful completion
of Associate Level One
B. Education on MNRI - Completion of the
courses/workshops - 64 hours:

and Postural Reflex Patterns (Masgutova Neuro-sensory-motor
Reflex Integration Method) (Level-1) - once.
- Any
two additional courses:
- Integration of Lifelong Reflexes into
Movement System (Level - 1).
- Children with Challenges: Integration
of Reflexes Integration (Level - 1).
- Tactile Integration (Level
- 1).
- Visual and Auditory Reflexes Integration (Level - 1).
- Oral-Facial
Reflexes Integration (Level - 1).
- Dysfunctional and Pathological

C. Practical work:
- To have participated
in Conference/Clinic at least one other time.

Program at Camp:

MNRI SPECIALISTS
4) CERTIFIED CORE SPECIALIST (Integration and/or
Assessment Core Specialist).
* (After certification, continues to attend Conference/Clinic
one every three years minimum). Can choose
to be Integration and/or Assessment Core Specialist depending
on the fulfillment of the professional education on MNRI
program.
The Core Specialist is one who has completed Level Two and
is trained to offer services to clients. The responsibilities of the Core Specialist
is limited to one-to-one situations and does not imply the right to lecture
at the Conference or teach classes
The Integration
Specialist leads the integration programs and clinical
sessions. This specialist is responsible to give the highest
quality of education, training, and service to clients, assistants,
observers and volunteer specialists.
The
Assessment Specialist. Requires completion of the Integration Specialist
program. This individual also focuses training and application
of knowledge to assessments during pre and post Conference/Clinic
evaluations as well as gathering information to be used in research.
MNRI Specialist Must bring proof of professional insurance.

CORE
SPECIALIST in TRAINING - Two Conferences/Clinics.
This status gives possibility to work as the CORE SPECIALIST
during two Conferences without being paid for the work
(specialist is in advanced training).
CORE
SPECIALIST. The competence and completion of this
status is described above.
NOTE: *Core Specialists use the MNRI Method
in 75 % of their professional activity and maintain training
standards from the Svetlana Masgutova Educational Institute
(USA) within every three years.
5) LECTURER-INSTRUCTOR (Integration/Assessment Core
Specialist). Contributes as an educator/lecturer
of programs from the MNRI Method. While continuing the
work as a Core Specialist, this individual participates
in the training of Assistants and Core Specialists.
Brings proof of professional insurance. This role of Lecturer/Instructor
is implied exclusively for Conference/Clinic educational
purposes only.

6) FACULTY-EXECUTIVE CONSULTANTS -
A. NATIONAL - by invitation only
- National Core Specialist (Integration/Assessment) is a specialist
working at that status for
2-3 years.
- National
Lecturer/Instructor is a specialist working on that
status for 3-4 years
B. INTERNATIONAL - by invitation
- International Specialist (Integration/Assessment)
is a specialist working on that status for 2-3 years
working nationally and internationally.
International Lecturer/Instructor is a specialist working
on that status for 2-3 years working nationally and internationally.
This is a high level of contribution and professionalism
combined with a natural loving sense of working with children
and adults. These levels demonstrate successful skills, work,
and results, as well as enthusiasm and an ability to cooperate
in team activities.

use the MNRI Method in 75 % of their professional activity
and maintain training standards from the Svetlana Masgutova
Educational Institute (USA) within every three years.
6) EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS - BY INVITATION
APPLICATIONS
1) Fill out application form for participation in Conference/Clinic
2) Send copies of documentation of professional training
3) Sign contracts connected with the Conference/Clinic.
4) Demonstrate high levels of professionalism.
5) Works only in accordance and agreement with the approved
Conference/Clinic Program established by Svetlana Masgutova
Educational Institute (USA).
6) Hours of work:
- 8:00-9:00 morning briefing
- 9:00
am - 1:00 pm
- 3:00
pm - 5:00 pm
- 5:00
pm - 6:00 pm evening debriefing
7) Participation in workshops and different Institute
programs.
Rights:
1) To gain continuing education and to participate in workshops/lectures
and different programs of the Institute Conference/Clinic.
2) To select programs according to personal and/or professional
interests.
3) To present professional or specialized knowledge at the
lectures or workshops for parents and/ or other specialists.
Requires Institute pre-approval
4) To observe the work of the Core Specialists at the Conference/Clinic
5) To get consultation from Core Specialists at the Conference/Clinic
6) To use the Institute Methods in individual professional
work.
Practical exams: By choice (see above for
each Level)
Institute Certification:
1) Working Volunteer Specialist gets certificate of participation
2) Specialists in all other levels get certificates of education
and practical work at the Conference/Clinic from the Institute
according to the hours of observation and practical work. |
