Client Form

The cost for the 10-day intensive Workshop & Clinic is $8000 CDN (workshops, educational materials, and therapy included) plus food and accommodation (there will be a special rate for Workshop & Clinic participants at the Pacific Life Bible College. NOTE: Please do not contact the College regarding accommodations, as they will be arranged upon admittance to the Workshop & Clinic.) We highly recommend fundraising in your community to cover the costs. We have a links to some fundraising groups, however, local organizations that you are affiliated with would be a good place to start, such as clubs, special needs associations, YMCA/YWCA, Tim Hortons, and churches.

Therapist Forms

The cost to work or learn from specialists in the Masgutova Method during the August Workshop & Clinic is outlined in the Specialist Status list. This includes participating in all the Workshop & Clinic events. Food, accommodation and travel arrangements are separate (please see the Pacific Life Bible College NOTE: Please do not contact the College regarding accommodations, as they will be arranged upon admittance to the Workshop & Clinic - or the Sandman Suites, Surrey ).

You may register under one of the three categories: 1) Training Program, 2) Clinic Staff, or 3)Instructional Team. The cost for the pre and post Clinic courses is separate and a registration form must be completed to register. Please check qualification prerequisites here...

Individual Insurance is required of each specialist to participate and work with children and adults at the Workshop and Clinic (go to the National Healthcare Providers website for more info).
